How does the eBay/Skype mash-up indicate Skype now has an enterprise strategy? How is transfer 'almost' embedded in Skype? How will developer's create their own softphones if Skype does not open the proprietary protocol for voice control?

Skype has one whether they like it or not. eBay's front office and community services demand skypification. So eBay is now Skype's only enterprise customer, a full time job for a small outfit. Mission will dictate strategy.
