Re: Call Transfer with Skype
The idea here is to create a virtual pbx that will transfer your call after a greeting. This is useful for company pbx's, call centers, and even open-source communities. The W3C standard for this is "ccxml."
Howver Skype, being a propietary interface, does not allow call tansfer control. Its purely a windows app currently.
So the idea is: just use a sip-based telephone provider until Skype gets its act together. These VOIP networks will allow you to transfer calls. Then for individual extensions, get an optional skype-in number to allow skype extensions if you want. Or just use a free SIP telephone (Like Pingtel - there are many) to answer the call.)
