You should check out BeWip. It provides voice over GPRS on the Smartphone. You'll need a SIP provider, but it's great for saving money on calls!

Wouldn't the Telcos in general be against having Skype on their mobile devices, which will eventually lead to VOIP usage. I've heard that using VOIP over the data networks on cellular services is prohibited, which would make sense, because they are trying to stop VOIP not spread it. Is this all true?
