This little trick is the one that will release you from looking for your buddylist, possibly breaching corporate rules for adding software and certainly help when you are in the internet cafe. A Skype user tells how he packed for his trip.

Hi!
Before I whent on a trip, I copied the skype.exe file from my home computer onto a USB memory stick.

When I use an Internet Cafe computer I just plug in my memory stick, find it under My Computer, double click on the skype.exe file and login as usual. It seem to work fine, but I do miss my contact list. Does anyone know if I can copy that as well from my computer and if so, what is the name of that file and how will my Internet Cafe computer identify it?

Does anyone think that above is a bad/wrong way of using skype = carrying around a skype.ece file?
