You don't need to dial numbers. Skype also handles formats like +1250762BIKE
Great idea for your SkypeIn number, isn't it!!!

Well Bill I guess my SkypeIn number that is memorable as a number sucks at meaning anything. Now when will I be able to search for a SkypeIn Vanity Number. Let's see in the US I can go 9 digits.. with the right country code I could even go 11. Guess my SkypeIn number won't have much value on Ebay. Then my name isn't "Paris Hilton"! Is +72747445866 gone? What country is that?

One feature that we haven't advertised yet that much is that you can enter both letters and digits when selecting your SkypeIn number and the system finds all number combinations that match the letter/digit pattern.

Hey Jaanus!
Thanks for the update. That is good to know. Now Stuart can apply for a refund and get a better SkypeIn number. Or am I reading too much between the lines. :)
Regards, Bill

Isn't there something in the TOS about Skype accounts being non-transferrable? Because you can't just *give* someone a number, it would have to be your whole account, no?
