Folks I have skype 2.8 and macam latest versions for mac os10.4.10
WHY wont skype recognise my web cam (logitec quickcam)
Please note I followed the instructions supplied by macam to the letter.
Personally both are good products but compatibility seems to be an issue STILL
Your help would be greatfully recieved.

Since posting the aboved comment yesterday lo and behold everything works.
As I said both are great products.
Macam might want to be a bit more specific as to where your quicktime folder is.
For Mac users its in your SYSTEM X folder under Library.

Clicking any link to download Skype 2.8 (including the one above!) takes me to the Skype page where the ONLY version I can download is 5. Bummer.

j’ai efface la version skype 2.8 qui fonctionnait pour charger skype 5 qui ne fonctionne pas sur mon mac . je n’arrive pas à retélécharger la version 2.8 . que faire?
