If they can spoil the deal for a few million in legal fees, maybe eBay puts Skype back on the market. Clint Boulton gets it.

Tell me again why SIP or XMPP is not a replacement here? Is the SuperNode free-ride construct really sustainable? No other social app takes this one-for-all, all-for-one approach, and it certainly, other than occasional, non-critical use, is not of of value to the enterprise. In order to continue to be relevant, Skype needs to move beyond JoltID anyway.
Skype's only proven monetization is Skype Out.
