From Russia with Love: Hitler and Skype

33x3sketch published Гитлер и Скайп (Hitler and Skype) two weeks' ago. Over 800 thousand people have seen it since. This blog post has hundreds of comments.

The mostly German overdub of "Der Untergang" (2004) parodies Russia's major mobile operators lobbying to ban Skype.

I'd love an English transcript or highlights, but it looks hilarious.

Translation of subtitles:

What is Bormann’s Skype nickname? I need to speak to him.

Mein Fuhrer... We have bad news.
The Russians have banned Skype.

Damn it... Those f***ers are screwing everything up again!

It’s the big three (mobile operators), Mein Fuhrer. It’s already been approved by the Duma.

Prostitutes! Corrupt parliamentary whores!
Where've they got so much money from?

The three say it's to protect consumers.

That’s a lie! A damn lie!
The three say... Who are these Big Three?
Beeline
MTS
Megafon
What do they do?
Bastards. They put tariffs up.
Roaming at 200 roubles a minute
Really slow GPRS. Just one megabyte a day.
The Gudok service. It’s robbery and deception.

They’ve banned Skype... This is terrible...

I’m in shock...

Just to clarify, the speech is not in German. It's just a whole lot of Russian swearing expressions, which were modified to sound German, with a few well-known phrases from Russian WWII movies. Translating this into other languages doesn't do justice to the whole piece. It could really be appreciated by native speakers only, especially the ones who grew up during the 70s and had seen those movies on national TV hundreds of times.
