I'd love an English transcript or highlights, but it looks hilarious.

It's just a whole lot of Russian swearing expressions, which were modified to sound German, with a few well-known phrases from Russian WWII movies. Translating this into other languages doesn't do justice to the whole piece. It could really be appreciated by native speakers only, especially the ones who grew up during the 70s and had seen those movies on national TV hundreds of times.
